Welcome to Railway Hosting LLC! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users, we have established the following Server Usage Guidelines. By using our services, you agree to comply with these guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your User Account.

   1. Prohibited Content

•         Hosting or transmitting any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or infringing on the rights of others.
•         Distributing or promoting any form of harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability.
•         Uploading or sharing any content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful software.

2. Security and Stability

•         Engaging in any activity that would compromise the security or stability of our servers or network.
•         Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any server, account, or network.
•         Using our services to launch Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any other form of cyber attack.

   3. Unlawful Activities

•         Using our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to illegal gambling, pornography, offering fraudulent or unlawful services or products.
•         Engaging in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.

   4. Resource Usage

•         Excessive use of server resources that negatively impacts the performance of our services for other users.
•         Running any software or scripts that are designed to exploit server resources or cause harm to our infrastructure.

   5. User Conduct

•         Respecting the privacy and rights of other users.
•         Not engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior towards other users.
•         Complying with all End-User License Agreements (EULAs) and Terms of Service for game developers.
